Golden Cliff. A gold rush is the term used to describe an era of intense migration of workers to an area that has had a dramatic discovery of gold deposits. Most important gold rushes took place in the 19th century in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, South Africa, and the United States, although smaller gold rushes happen elsewhere. The young married couple Cooper carried away by the information that they receive everyday about the golden rush that has ruled the world, decide to go searching for gold. Since they are quite young they feel like they need more money to start a good life and following the golden rush should afford them that kind of life faster.
The Cooper’s arrive at the ridge where they plan to build their new home with the money they will earn from finding gold. Every day they work very hard in order to find gold and they bring the found gold to the near city where they sell it. The money they get is used for building their ranch, piece by piece.
They’ve decided that they will be very persistent in their intention and they will finish it as soon as they can. The Cooper’s gave the name ‘Golden Cliff’ to their ranch and their plan is to make it a wonderful place for living. And since they have their vision and they are working very hard, it seems that they will really succeed in their intention.
